Associate Rector: Trinity Communion Church, Rochester, NY
Trinity Communion Church (TCC) is seeking a full-time Associate Rector to begin September 1st, 2025. This key leadership role collaborates closely with the Rector to advance the church’s mission and vision, focusing on pastoral care and family ministry. Responsibilities include integrating newcomers into church life, leading discipleship efforts, overseeing TCC Kidz and Youth programs, developing volunteer leaders, and providing pastoral care. The ideal candidate will be an ordained Anglican priest with theological training and experience in parish ministry, particularly with children and youth. Strong pastoral, organizational, and teaching skills are essential, along with a heart for mission and discipleship.
