Rachael Green

Executive Research Assistant

Rachael joined the staff in June 2022 as Executive Research Assistant. She supports the Canon for Leadership Development with administrative and research tasks in addition to managing our ordination and educational processes. Rachael loves connecting people with one another and the resources they need, so don’t hesitate to reach out to her with any questions.


Rachael graduated from The George Washington University with a BA in Religious Studies. Since then, Rachael has served as both a research assistant and librarian for various Christian nonprofits. She is passionate about studying the Bible and mentoring which she does regularly with students through The Center for Christian Study at the University of Virginia and the local church. She is currently pursuing an MA in Theological Studies from Goron-Conwell Theological Seminary.


Rachael lives in Charlottesville, Virginia, with her husband, Fitz, who works as a campus minister at The Center for Christian Study. They are kept busy raising their five children; Fitz II, Carys, Ailyn, Rowan, and Ysolte. Their family attends Church of the Resurrection in Charlottesville, which they helped to plant in 2023.
