Delegation of Pro-Cathedrals

January 6, 2022

On January 6, 2022 the Diocese of Christ Our Hope designated Church of the Redeemer in Greensboro, NC and St. John’s Anglican Church in Southampton, PA as pro-cathedrals. A pro-cathedral serves as an outpost or home base for the bishop as he minsters throughout the diocese. It also serves as a center for growth and development for the diocese in a particular region.


Clergy Care Groups Orientation

January 11, 2022

Canon Art Going and Fr Brain Campbell invite you to join them, along with Canon Phil Ashey of the American Anglican Council and Fr Geoff Chapman, creator of the Clergy Care Groups model and curriculum, for a 1-hour orientation to CCG and an invitation to form CCG cohorts within the Diocese of Christ Our Hope. Join us next Tuesday, January 11, at 1:30 pm.

Installation of Rev. Canon Dr. Dan Alger as Dean of Church of the Redeemer

January 23, 2022

A pro-cathedral is served by a dean who manages the day-to-day life of the pro-cathedral while the bishop is absent. Rev. Dan Alger will be installed as Dean of Church of the Redeemer on January 23, 2022. Rev. Mark Rudolph will be installed as dean of St. John’s Anglican Church on a to-be-determined date early in Eastertide.
